The price include all costs.
Prices may be a subject to change at the owner’s discretion or according to the number of visitors, the less the cheaper up to € 50 for week for 4 people - only in July and August. Payment: money transfer to a company bank account.
We offer a discount of € 100 for 2 consecutive weeks booked during the peak season (June- August). Booking is subject to € 100 fee to be paid 7 days after receiving booking confirmation. In case of resignation, booking fee is non refundable. The remaining amount should be paid at least two weeks prior to coming to Bulgaria.
A breakage deposit of € 200 paid on the arrival day will be refunded at the end of your stay after inspection of the property.
This deposit makes up a compensation for possible damages of the property.
On the day of your arrival, you will be provided with the welcome menu, which will include:
- White and red wine
- Regional beer
- Traditional white cheese
- Ham
- Tea and coffee
- Fresh bread
- Butter
The cost is included in the price of renting
There is a possibility of catering from a Bulgarian company, which specializes in regional Bulgarian, and dobrugansky dishes, but also upon request, the continental dishes.
