The Willa Polaka is located on a quiet country road where donkeys and carts regularly pass by on their way to market or to sell fresh fruits and vegetables by the side of the road. In a range of 500m, there are two very well supply supermarkets. The Willa Polaka is in a short distance from the beautiful beaches of Balchic, Bolota, Kavarna, and an exclusive beach resort of Rusalka.

  Balgarevo

A Black Sea coastal town in the Dobruja region of northeastern Bulgaria. The village of Balgarevo is located about 6km away from the town of Kavarna, near the Kaliakra cape. It lies 64 km northeast of Varna and 49 km from Dobrich. The population is about 1490.

Bulgarevo is surrounded by many sightseeing spots, gorgeous beaches and places that can only be seen in this particular area of Bulgaria. The village itself is very well developed with a delightful town square and a fountain; there is also a medical Service, pharmacy and info Center in front of the Municipality, shops, and Gas station. Bulgarevo is a very traditional Bulgarian village, where most of the residents are self-sufficient and the life here has remained largely unchanged for centuries. The people are extremely friendly and welcoming and are very likely to bestow you with gifts of their own produce and home-made “Rakia” during your stay.

Bulgarian people are known for their hospitable nature and you will find them friendly and accommodating. The surrounding area offers a great selection of cafes and restaurants. “Morsko Konche”, a restaurant which serves a typical Bulgarian food including a variety of seafood, also offers kids menu. Hypodrom, a complex of spectacular pools, a horse paddock, where one can learn horseback riding, out-door horseback riding trips, facilities adopted for kids, and a restaurant where one can enjoy Bulgarian music and dancing while eating traditional dishes from this region. Mehana pri Gagauza, a restaurant serving traditional Gagauzian dishes, is typical for the village of Bulgarevo and its inhabitants- Gagauzi. The Dalboka Restaurant (2 km away from the willa) tacked away in a quiet cave framed by rocky cliffs, offers stunning sunsets over the water and a tranquil atmosphere. It is famous all over the world for its own mussel’s farm and the possibility to feast on fresh mussels cooked in up to 60 different ways.

The only real traffic in this charming village are the donkeys! The village is full of little stone cottages and old houses mixed in with a few new villas but still very unspoilt; peaceful and tranquil but in the vicinity of livelier resort such as Golden Sands and Varna.

Bulgarevo is one of the “must-stop-and see” spots of the tourist buses, never missed by visitors, on their way to the Cape of Kaliakra every day.

From the beginning of 21st century Kavarna achieved a rapid progress as an economical and cultural centre. Since 2004 the town has turned in one of the centers of musical life in Bulgaria. Kavarna has been the host of several rock and roll concerts with the most important being “the July Morning”. In 2005 the most popular band to play in the town's stadium was Deep Purple. Average of 20 000 fans from all over the word take part in these concerts and they choose fields and cliffs of Kamen Briag as their place to sleep. This is an unforgettable adventure- sun rises enjoyed by thousands of dance driven people.
