The price includes all costs and utilities. We accept payment via wire transfer to a company bank account or in cash. The week begins on Saturday at noon and commences the following Saturday at 10 am

After prior engagement there is a possibility of changing the day of your arrival as well as booking of additional days.

Prices may be a subject to change at the owner’s discretion. We offer several discounts:

• according to the number of visitors, the up to 4 people € 50 off.
• € 100 off for bookings of 2 consecutive during the peak season (June- August).
• € 150 off for bookings of 2 consecutive during the off season.

Booking is confirmed after the payment off € 100 is made into the account provided in the booking confirmation. In case of resignation, booking fee is non refundable. The remaining amount should be paid at least two weeks prior to coming to Bulgaria if paid by the wire transfer or at the site on the day of your arrival.

On the day of your arrival, you will be provided with the welcome menu, which will include:

• White and red wine
• Regional beer
• Traditional white cheese
• Ham
• Tea and coffee
• Fresh bread
• Butter

The cost is included in the price of rent.
