The Willa Polaka is a brand new house with one master bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. Each room has an access to a balcony overlooking the garden and the pool. The master bedroom has a master bathroom with a bathtub; additional two bathrooms with showers are located on each floor.

The kitchen/dinning room is large and well equipped. It is connected with a spacious living room which a fire place, sofa beds, and a wonderful view onto the pool and the barbeque area.

There is a very-well maintained garden with a private pool and a shady area under a pagoda. Additionally, full access to the Internet is available, both inside the house and in the garden.
